Projects

Science Citation Knowledge Extractor - A web tool that helps biomedical researchers understand how their work is being used by others, by analyzing the content in papers that cite them.
Eidos - An open-domain machine reading system designed by the Computational Language Understanding (CLU) Lab at University of Arizona for the World Modelers DARPA program. I contributed to the ODIN grammar and unit testing in Scala.
PyPatent - Measures similarity between patents and publications that cite them via doc2vec.
Nonparametric Spherical Topic Modeling - Implementation for the spherical HDP (sHDP) introduced in Nonparametric Spherical Topic Modeling with Word Embeddings. I contributed to the code by making it compatible with Python3
